Adele trained at MountainHeart School of Massage and Bodywork in Crested Butte, Colorado as well as received a certification of herbalism from Colorado School of Clinical Herbalism

 

I love working with any type of client as each body is so unique. I have studied anatomy and physiology to have the tools to work with clients of all ages and conditions. Massage is a network of simple but powerful tools that can enhance wellbeing immensely - in one session or over months or years.

 

I am at my core a biologist endlessly fascinated by the incredible diversity of creatures and life forms on this planet. The structures and bodies that have been honed over the millenia of evolution across all kingdoms of life are nothing short of extraordinary magic.
